Ulster Bank ― A mortgage you can live with
In 2016, trust in banks was at an all-time low. This inspired us to create a fairness campaign. Through an exaggeration of everyday life with a touch of light humour we highlighted Ulster Bank’s ‘same for everyone’ policy, which differentiated them from other banks, and helped them win back trust with the public. The campaign delivered 40% value growth in mortgage drawdowns across ROI and NI markets. Brand consideration in ROI moved up 14 points, placing it number 3 overall in consumer consideration.
