Gervaise Slowey - Managing Director
Gervaise is a graduate of Dublin City University, with a BBS (Marketing) degree.

She began her career in 1990 with the Irish Trade Board and later with CPC foods (now Unilever) where she worked in brand management on Knorr and Hellmanns.

Gervaise moved into advertising in Germany in 1993 with BBDO Dusseldorf and later moved to Ogilvy & Mather in Vienna in 1996 as Client Service Director for their Central and Eastern Europe region working in emerging markets including Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, and Turkey. She helped to build the newly established local agencies in these markets and managed international accounts across the region such as like Kodak, Kimberly Clark and Kraft.

In 1998 Gervaise was made European Client Service Director of Ogilvy’s Kraft, leading 360 brand communication across EAME.

In October 2006 she was appointed Managing Director of Ogilvy & Mather, Dublin and a member of the board of the Ogilvy Ireland Group (Ogilvy & Mather, OgilvyOne and WHPR).

Nigel Reddy - Director, Ogilvy & Mather
Nigel started his career at AC Nielsen and has worked in advertising and brand marketing for the last 20 years. He spent a number of years with Irish International and McConnells advertising agencies as Account Director on many key accounts including Budweiser, Toyota, Lyons Tea, Statoil, The National Lottery. He then joined Dunnes Stores as Head of Marketing before returning to the Agency business where he worked with Dimension for a number of years. In 1997 Nigel joined Guinness Ireland Group as Head of Advertising for all brands in the Group portfolio. He subsequently became Global Innovation Manager for the Guinness brand worldwide. Nigel joined the Ogilvy Group in 2001, and has been part of the leadership team since then.

Ian Brower - Creative Director Ogilvy & Mather
Ian has over 25 years of experience in advertising. His career has taken him from Johannesburg to London, Brussels and now Dublin. In that time he has worked on many large global accounts. These include, amongst many others, eircell/Vodafone, Lyons tea, BMW, Swatch, Perrier, Cadbury, Birdseye, Safefood, Kraft International, Ford, Amstel Lager, Deep RiverRock, Kerry Foods, Barclays Bank and Lucozade. His work has won many globally recognised awards, including Clio, and the New York and Cannes festivals.

Tommy MacDonnell - Director, Ogilvy & Mather
Tommy is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin and the College of Europe Bruges (MA ECON). He spent 12 years with the Saatchi International Group working on Mars International in a variety of global markets and was formerly MD of Euro RSCG International Ireland.

John Keaveney, Business Director, Ogilvy & Mather
John who hails from Kilkenny has over 30 years experience in advertising, working across a wide range of international and national clients. A graduate of the Institute of Commercial Management and the Public Relations Institute of Ireland, John joined the Ogilvy Group in 1970 and was a founder member of Bell Advertising in 1974. John also heads up Ogilvy Recruitment Advertising, Ireland’s top recruitment and employee communications agency that has won over 80 major awards for its creative and strategic talents.

Laura Daly - Account Director

Laura Daley - Account Director
Laura is a graduate of Politics and Economics and has over 5 years advertising experience. Laura also holds an Msc in Advertising. She previously worked with Young Euro RSCG before moving to Ogilvy & Mather Advertising in March 2007. Laura is no stranger to Ogilvy having previously worked in the direct side of the agency with OgilvyOne.

Laura is an Account Director in Ogilvy working on AXA, Deep RiverRock, Heinz and First Active Business. She has a keen interest in interior design, yoga and reading!

LIsa Flannery - Account Planner

Lisa joined Ogilvy & Mather as an Account Planner, having previously worked in McConnells Advertising for five years. A graduate of UCD with a BA (hons) in Psychology, Lisa was also awarded first class honours in the MSc in Advertising from DIT, where she specialised in brand planning.

A keen advocate of integrated communications, Lisa will be working with key clients to develop powerful and creative 360 campaigns.

Lisa works on First Active, AXA, Ford, and Lucozade Sport.

Des has worked in the industry for over 15 years. He has produced award winning commercials for numerous high profile Irish and international brands. Playing fast and loose with that hairy old adage "they never come back", this is his second spell with O&M.
