Research had identified a need to drive awareness of the improvements in productivity and customer and employee satisfaction that can be achieved through changes in workplace practices. Partnership was also identified as an aid to innovation and there was a need to promote debate, strategic thinking and planning in the top 500 Irish companies.
A number of webisodes were developed to illustrate and demonstrate the effects of driving innovation in workplace practice. The webisodes were incorporated into rich media banner ads which were used to drive traffic to a microsite within the NCPP current internet framework. Viewers were invited to engage with these thought leaders in a forum situation to foster discussion and debate. The campaign was used to launch the NCPP annual conference to a very targeted audience.
The rich media banners delivered good interaction with the strategy, while there was strong, in-depth conversation and engagement with the microsite.
